Even if I pass everything, will I still be able to register as a nurse?
Students who graduate with a BNursing from the SNM, and who are eligible for registration, will meet the required competencies as outlined by the Australian Nusing Council. These competencies can be found directly through the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Council web site.

I hate a unit that I'm doing - it doesn't make sense
First of all, see the tutor of the unit. It may be a case of just sitting down with them and talking through some of your concerns.
If this doesn't work, and you really don't feel you can talk to any of the teaching staff in the unit, see Debra Visser, the Nursing Year 1 Co-ordinator. At most, she can mediate the problem, and at least, she can provide a box of tissues and some wholesome advice if you want to be really miserable. She may also refer you to other student services.

I have a problem with Human Bioscience - I think I need extra help
You will need to see Janine Tarr, the Human Bioscience 1 & 2 Co-ordinator. The School of Human Life Science is separate from the School of Nursing, so you will need to deal with them direct. The School of Human Life Science is located immediately behind the School of Nursing, and the School office is on the ground floor level (downstairs from the SNM). You can ask directions to Janine's office at the Human Life Science office. See the campus map for details.

I want to change my enrolment and do another course
You should first see Debra Visser, the Nursing Year 1 Co-ordinator to let her know about this. You will then need to withdraw from the Bachelor of Nursing and enrol in another course. Please see STUDENT ADMINISTRATION. It's important you make decisions about this before the census date for each semester, as this is the cutoff date. You will be charged for a full year of study in the units you have withdrawn from, if you withdraw after this date.

I'm having some personal problems, and need to talk to someone
You need to visit Student Services. They have trained counsellors available to help you at no cost to yourself, and they can recommend further help wherever you may need it.
